Arun Police posted an appeal, alongside a CCTV image, on social media on Wednesday (April 2).
It read: "Can you help us identify this man?
"We’d like to speak to him in connection with an assault on a teenage boy in Lennox Street, Bognor Regis, on Wednesday, March 26.
"Contact us if you can help – either online or via 101 – quoting crime reference 47250057116."
