Officers are seeking witnesses to the incident on Monk’s Hill Junction Emsworth Common Road at around 3pm, Tuesday March 2, said police.
A spokesman added: “An altercation took place between two males in a white van and a male driving a Landrover. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting 0730.”
