Police receive noise complaint about village airfield

Police have confirmed they received a noise complaint about a village airfield.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said they received a call from a member of the public on Thursday May 21, complaining about noise from an aircraft on an airstrip in Slinfold.

He added: “The two parties have been spoken to and the issue of noise has been referred to the CAA [Civil Aviation Authority].”
