James Fyfe, 24, of Dukes Yard, Steyning, was given a one year jail sentence, suspended for two years, with two years of supervision.

CPS records say he had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud by false representation, and three of breaching a serious crime prevention order.

The crime prevention order, imposed by Chichester Crown Court in October last year, had barred him from selling goods online.

Sentence was passed by Recorder Chinn QC at crown court in Brighton Law Courts on Friday May 15.
