Thieves target several cars overnight in Lindfield
Several vehicles were broken into in the Lindfield area overnight on Wednesday 11 September into Thursday 12 September
Six vehicles in Appledore Gardens, Pelham Road and Dukes Road were believed to have been left locked overnight but then found insecure in the morning. It is unknown how entry has been gained at this stage and several items have been stolen including Sat Navs, a handbag and CD’s.
PCSO Anika Clough said: “Please do not leave anything of value in you vehicle and ensure it is locked. Try and park in a well-lit, open location and always use any fitted security features, such as an alarm or immobiliser.”
