Two men injured in ‘fight’ outside Eastbourne shop

Police were called to Zagros grocery store in Seaside Road just before 2.30pm that afternoon.

One man suffered facial injuries and another suffered a serious injury to his ear, according to police.

Both required hospital treatment, police said.

A man was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, and two men were arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual body harm, police said.

All three men have been released on conditional bail while enquiries continue.
