Van seen ‘acting suspiciously’ around time of Barcombe burglary

An outbuilding belonging to a property in Spithurst Road was broken into on Friday (19 March) and tools including a lawnmower and a strimmer were reported to have been taken, police said.

The incident is believed to have taken place between 9.15am and 12.15pm.

A white Ford Transit was reported to have been seen acting suspiciously within the area, according to police.

Police are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed what happened, or knows further details about the vehicle seen to be having suspiciously.
