Warning after men '˜acting suspiciously' around parked cars in Hove

The two men have been seen walking along St Heliers Avenue in Hove, looking in car windows and trying the handles, according to a police spokesperson.

On one occasion on Monday, March 6, they got into a car and stole a Sat Nav and a bag left on the seat, the spokesperson said.

“Officers have focused patrols in the area and are reminding residents to make sure their cars are locked and nothing is left on display,” the spokesperson said.
