Wealden Police respond to reports of youth disorder and anti-social behaviour

Police in Wealden have conducted multiple patrols this week in response to reports of youth disorder and anti-social behaviour.

The force said on social media it has carried out foot patrols in Heathfield town centre, Co-op car park in Heathfield High Street, Heathfield Youth Centre, Heathfield Skate Park and Urban Jump Trampoline Park in Heathfield.

In addition, it said it has checked areas in Crowborough, including the railway station and town centre, and Uckfield, including the town centre, high street, railway station and fast food restaurants.

A spokesman for the force said: “We are happy to say that whilst on our patrols we came across no issues.”

Residents who wish to report anti-social behaviour are asked to call Sussex Police on 101, or report it online. They should always call 999 in an emergency.
