Woman arrested in Chichester on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm

Police said officers responded to a domestic incident at an address in Caledonian Road, Chichester, about 10.49pm on Thursday, January 21.

A 22-year-old local woman was arrested on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm, police confirmed.

She has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

A 34-year-old local man sustained a back injury and was taken to hospital for treatment, according to police.

A spokesman said: “Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to report it online or call 101, quoting serial 1275 of 21/01.”
