Cub Scouts bowled over

OVER a hundred Cub Scouts from Senlac District Cub Scouts took time out from doing good deeds to enjoy an afternoons bowling, competing in their annual Yuletide Trophy Competition.

The event, which took place at Ocean Bowling, Glyne Gap, had teams representing Cub Packs from Robertsbridge, Battle, 2nd Bexhill and 9th Bexhill.

The bowling lanes were filled to capacity with 101 eager Cub Scouts bowling continuously and watching the score boards.

The overall winning team was 1st Little Common Pack who scored 434 points.

1st Ninfield came in second with 417 points and Darzee Pack, 3rd Bexhill, scoring 413 points.

The highest individual score was Brandon, 125 points, representing Little Common Pack.
