As well as running a range of workshops for young people, parents and teachers, the county council’s anti-bullying service is inviting young people to take part in the annual Safer Schools Survey, which forms part of Anti-Bullying Week.

The survey provides a valuable insight into pupils’ experience and perception of bullying both in school and out of school, and helps schools and the local target actions more effectively as a result of the feedback.

The Safer Schools Survey is confidential and young people have until Friday, December 20 to respond. Feedback will be given to each school in 2014 and the anti-bullying service will offer support, advice and guidance to schools.
