Cyber flight overtown from home

A unique bird's eye view of the town is available from Microsoft Windows. Bognor beach is one of the country's first landmarks to appear on the internet feature.

It can be reached through the http://maps.live.com website.

The service enables everyone to soar above the Pagham to Elmer area and spot the well-known features as well as their own homes in high quality aerial photographs. A Microsoft spokesman said: 'Bognor Regis is one of only a handful of UK towns and cities which can be viewed from a bird's eye view, though more locations will be appearing on the service in the coming months as it continues to grow.'
