Cyclist injured in hit and run in Bognor Regis

A cyclist was left lying injured in a Bognor Regis road after a hit and run accident.

The 47-year-old male sustained a broken shoulder and collar bone in the collision in Nyewood Lane. He was taken for treatment at St Richard's Hospital at Chichester.

Police are seeking witnesses to the accident which occurred at 12.30am on Saturday, November 1.

The vehicle is known to be a dark metallic blue colour. Following the collision, it was driven south along Nyewood Lane towards Aldwick Road.
