SOME of the world s finest actors never get to work with a three-times Oscar winner but Dave Valentine from Cranston Avenue has.

Dave, 23, appeared in last Friday s episode of the acclaimed BBC2 wartime drama Band of Brothers, produced by triple Oscar winner Tom Hanks.

I wasn t cut out to be a soldier, that was what most people were going there for. But because of my blond hair and blue eyes they said I looked European.
