'˜Deliberate' barn fire in Bexhill

Firefighters believe a barn fire in Bexhill was started deliberately yesterday afternoon (Sunday, April 17).

Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service crews from Bexhill and Hastings attended the 5m by 5m fire in Glovers Lane at around 3.55pm.

Standby crews were also mobilised.

Crews spent time turning over and damping down, to ensure that the fire was fully out.
