Dig up your family's roots

Family history enthusiasts Sheila Lee and Yvonne Cope will be giving participants a gentle introduction in how to find out about your ancestors – and maybe discover a few family secrets.

The talk will include details of how to obtain birth, marriage and death certificates, how to use the census and making best use of the many sources available on the internet.

The event costs £4 per person and starts at 10.30am with tea and coffee.

A home-made soup and French bread lunch will be served before the event ends at 1pm.
