Discover the secrets of Seaford, Alfriston and Lewes with guided tour this weekend

Local historian and Sussex Express columnist Kevin Gordon will be providing guided tours of Seaford, Alfriston and Lewes this weekend, giving local residents a chance to learn about the fascinating history on their doorstep.

Tomorrow (Saturday June 6) he will be giving tours of the historic cinque port of Seaford departing from the Tourist Information Office in Church Street at 10.30am.

The same day he will provide a guided tour of the beautiful village of Alfriston, departing from the Old Gun Room, on the Alfriston Tye at 2pm.

On Sunday June 7 he will be touring Seaford Cemetery, in Alfriston Road departing from the cemetery gates, at 10.30am.

Then later that day there will be a guided tour of the historic town of Lewes leaving from the front of the Railway Station in Station Road at 2pm.

Tickets are £5 and are available from the Tourist Offices at Seaford or Lewes or from Kevin on the day.
