Do you witness Hove ram raid?

Police want to hear from anyone who saw a ram raid at Sainsbury's Local store in Portland Road, Hove, on Monday (July 17).

At 11.45pm a white Vauxhall Nova car, which had been stolen minutes earlier from nearby Wordsworth Street, was deliberately crashed into the front of the store – say Sussex Police.

Offices say two suspects went into the shop and stole a box of CDs and games. The stolen Vauxhall was found abandoned around the corner in Shelley Road and the burglars left in a black car parked nearby.
