Dog walker finds body

A man walking his dog along the undercliff path made the grim discovery at 6am.

The dead man, aged in his 30s, was found near Steyning Avenue. It is believed he jumped to his death.

He was wearing blue jogging bottoms, white trainers and a black jacket.

A police spokesman said it looked like the body had been there a while and was due to be formally identified later today (Tuesday).
