Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, the fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital, is encouraging schools, businesses, community groups and individuals to take part in the festive dress-down day and help make a difference to the lives of premature babies in Sussex.

The charity is raising funds for an x-ray imaging machine that will provide staff at the TMBU with an instant x-ray image, allowing immediate modification of lines and tubes on a premature baby.

The charity is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and has raised £500,000 for its Sussex Giving for Sussex Children appeal. The funds raised are supporting projects at 10 children’s centres and paediatric services across Sussex.

Supporters can get in touch to request their Dress Yourself as an Elf fundraising pack full of ideas and activities to help make the most of the dress-down day.
