Driver assaulted in Goring

A YOUNG driver was assaulted after being forced to stop his car in Goring.

The victim was stopped in the road along Goring Gap by a group of three youths in a blue Citroen Saxo.

The three males leapt from the car and pulled the victim from his car before assaulting him.

The offenders then stole a Kenwood silver CD player from the car before driving off.

The Saxo driver is described as between 18 and 19, white, about 6ft tall, broad and muscular with brown hair.

He was wearing a dark blue hooded top, grey tracksuit trousers and white trainers.

The front seat male passenger was also white and aged between 18 and 19.

He was about 6ft tall and average build. He was wearing a white hooded top with a logo and grey tracksuit bottoms.

The rear passenger was younger than the other two.

He was about 5ft 7 tall, chubby, and wearing a dark grey hooded top.

The incident happened at 10.45pm on November 25
