PRESERVATION SOCIETY: On Sunday the society invite you to join them on their monthly walk. Starting at 2pm from The Smugglers at Alfriston, the walk will be going beside the river and will be mostly flat. Return to the pub should be at about 4pm, but for anyone who would just like to do part of the walk, an early return to the bar or a stroll around the village is a tempting option. (Lunch at The Smugglers is recommended). Further details from Jenny on 872830.
