Tracey Love, Mr Morgan’s sister, said, “He was a caring and likeable person but he had an abusive childhood so struggled with everyday life.”

She said he became dependent on drugs in his 20s and he was feeling lonely due to lockdown.

Mr Morgan was found in his bedroom on June 29 and toxicology found he had taken heroin.

East Sussex coroner Alan Craze ruled Mr Morgan died from drug toxicity.
