Eastbourne Police present cheque to children's club
Eastbourne Police has presented a £500 cheque to the Bridgemere Centre's breakfast and afterschool club.
The club operates within the centre in Bridgemere Road and looks after a number of youngsters from schools across the area.
The money is from the Police Property Act, cash received by the police from the sale of found property and from property confiscated by order of court and then sold.
The money will be spent on new toys.
