Eastbourne police seeking man for recall to prison

Police in Eastbourne are seeking 43-year-old David Kean, who is sought for recall to prison, and on suspicion of theft offences.

Kean, also known as Cochrane, is wanted for failing to comply with the terms of prison release licence.

He is also wanted for alleged theft offences in Hamilton, near Glasgow.

PC Jonathan Boatwright said, ‘he may be in East Sussex’, but also has links in the Govan area of Glasgow, and Blackburn in Lancashire.

Kean is described as white, 5’8”, with hazel eyes, dark brown facial hair, balding and heavily built.

He has several tattoos including on his left arm ‘Daddy’s Little Angel’ and on his right arm ‘Daddy’s Little Princess’. On his right arm is a tattoo of oriental black dragon and on his right shoulder there is Chinese writing.
