Over 40 members and staff enjoyed revisiting the 1950’s and 60’s

They were entertained by Tim Gibson who sang songs by Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly together with instrumentals from his ‘twanging’ guitar.

Tim also judged the Easter Bonnet Competition and picked three winners from the 20 entrants in MOPP’s Annual Easter Parade.

A traditional Easter lunch of salmon and new potatoes was cooked by chef Margaret McLeod.

As in previous years the lunch was generously donated by Kit McLean of Pett Level with wine donated by Just Property of Fairlight and Hastings.

Easter eggs were also presented to all members and these were funded by the Marsham Older People’s Project together with a donation from Sainsburys in St Leonards.
