Easter coffee morning at care home

Care South’s Sussexdown care home and the Friends of Sussexdown are inviting their friends, families and the local community to join them between 10am and 12pm to tuck into a spread of homemade cakes, with tea and coffee.

There will also be an Easter egg hunt in the home’s grounds to keep younger visitors entertained.

Heather Rogers, home manager at Care South’s Sussexdown care home, said: “Our Easter coffee morning is always great fun and we hope to see lots of local children looking for chocolate eggs in the gardens.”

The Sussexdown Easter coffee morning is organised by the Friends of Sussexdown Committee, who raise money to provide entertainment for residents, including live music, day trips out, and Christmas and birthday presents.
