Educational charity evening for women

In celebration of the New Year, Fit For Moore will be bringing together some local experts for an evening of talks designed to help women of a certain age forget the mayhem.

If you’re stuck in that mayhem and just can’t seem to get out of it then this is the evening for you.

On Wednesday February 24 at Clair Hall in Haywards Heath, Fit For Moore will be hosting an evening of talks all in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice.

Doors open at 7pm with the evening kicking off at 7.30pm, local Sussex experts will be talking about the benefits of good nutrition, understanding and managing the menopause effectively and how looking at your image can really change your life.

This will be a fun, interesting and educational event with the added bonus of raising funds for a very worthwhile local charity.
