Elderly woman injured in kitchen fire in Haywards Heath
An elderly woman was treated for burns after a fire in Haywards Heath yesterday (Monday March 31).
Firefighters were called to a house in Blunts Wood Road at around 1.20pm.
There had been a small fire in the kitchen which was out on arrival.
The elderly woman was given first aid for a burn injury and taken to hospital by ambulance.
