Emergency services called to Woodingdean car fire

Emergency services were called to deal with a car fire in Woodingdean on Friday (April 16).

Ambulance crews were called to Warren Road on Friday evening and closed the road while the fire was dealt with by East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.

A spokesman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 17:09 to attend a car fire in Warren Road, Woodingdean. Firefighters from Preston Circus attended and used two Breathing Apparatus and one Hose Reel Jet to extinguish the fire."
