England shirt prize in charity raffle
STAFF at the Thomas Cook travel agency in Western Road, are helping to raffle a soccer shirt worn and signed by Hastings-born England midfielder Gareth Barry after his appearance in the nation's World Cup qualifier against Croatia this year.
The aim is to raise funds for the Thomas Cook charity “Making dreams come true for sick and disadvantaged children”. Tickets for the draw cost £3 each or two for £5, available in the shop. The winning ticket will be drawn on Saturday, October 30.
