New electric vehicle charging points installed at Nymans
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Eight new electric vehicle charging points have recently been installed at the popular National Trust house and garden, presenting visitors with the opportunity to charge their electric vehicles while exploring the estate.

Hide AdThe initiative supports the National Trust's commitment to combatting climate change. The EV charging points are ready to be used immediately.
Chris Eakins, Visitor Operations Manager, for Nymans said: “The number of visitors travelling to Nymans by electric car is increasing and these new charging points will help us to meet this demand as electric vehicle ownership increases.
“As an organisation, the Trust is working towards being carbon net-zero by 2030 and this work at Nymans is an important local step towards achieving this much wider ambition.”

Hide AdThe new charging points have been installed and are operated by destination charging operator RAW Charging, and will accept contactless methods of payments and mobile app payment methods.
The work at Nymans is part of a programme to increase the number of electric vehicles charging stations at Trust places across the country.
