The church group which previously occupied the premises is moving to a new building - Appleyard House in Brighton Road, Horsham.

Estate agents Crickmay say the single-storey detached building - at the corner of Denne Road’s junction with Talbot Lane - is “suitable for a variety of uses for example medical use, a crèche, an art gallery etc.

“Also subject to gaining the necessary planning consent, it is believed that the property would lend itself to conversion or redevelopment for residential purposes.”

The building currently comprises a single storey detached chapel with a main hall to the front and a meeting room at the back. It also has a kitchen and toilets.
