Worthing children inspire family and friends to clear litter from beach

Three Tarring pupils organised a litter pick on Worthing beach, with the help of their parents and friends.

All manner of items, from dog poo bags to bottle tops, were collected and binned in very blustery conditions on Saturday.

Michelle said: “I wanted to give a shout out to the team of litter picker who tackled a very blustery beach. Neave, Alice and Torah organised the litter pick on the beach from Sea Lane Cafe to The Plantation. They had the help from the parents and friends.”
