Escaped man hasbeen arrested
A MAN who absconded from court while facing prosecution for inciting a girl under the age of 16 to engage in sexual activity has been found in the Rye area.
James Dunham, 34, of no fixed address, was arrested at an address in Lydd, Kent, on Friday and appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court the same day, on a warrant for failing to appear at court.
He walked out of Lewes Crown Court and disappeared in January after pleading guilty to the charge. The offence happened in Heathfield in January 2012 and involved a teeenage girl.
