"Extra day" quiz

A complete revolution around the sun takes approximately 365 days and 6 hours, which is the reason for an extra day on February every four years.

Come along and join us on Friday 29 February to the ever popular Quiz Night, says the local committee of Macmillan Cancer Support. The evening will raise vital funds for local people affected by cancer.

The quiz starts at 7.30pm and will take place at St Peter's Community Centre.

Quizmaster Philip Elms will be ready to put you through your paces as you test your wits against the other teams. Entry costs just 3.50 per head with teams of up to six people (bring your own food and drink).
