Fallen trees block roads

ROADS are blocked in East Sussex because of fallen trees.

The storm is causing traffic problems on the Ashdown Forest, near Hellingly, at Jenvington and on the A21.

The A26 remains closed at Little Horsted because of an accident.

The A267 is shut at Hellingly, near the B2104, because of a fallen tree and power lines.

Jevington Road, Jevington, is closed both ways because of a fallen tree north of Church Lane. The road is blocked between Friston and Wannock.

The A21 at Flimwell is partially blocked due to a fallen tree around the A268 Hawkhurst Road and B2087 High Street.

A tree is also down at Withyham near the B2110 on the Ashdown Forest. The road is passable with care.
