Felpham school joy at top reports

Joyful pupils and staff at a Felpham school are celebrating top gradings in two recent inspections.

The visits judged Bishop Tufnell CE Infant School to be consistently good in the education received by its 238 children.

Both the Ofsted inspection and the Section 48 inspection for Anglican schools stated that the school was a positive place to be educated.

Val Tansley, the school's chairwoman of governors, said: "The governors were delighted that the recent Ofsted inspection recognised, independently, what we firmly believed '“ that Bishop Tufnell CE Infant School is a really good school.

"It has a strong, yet sensitive, leadership with a dedicated team of staff and above all children who are happy to learn and achieve their potential within a caring Christian community."
