Festive fun in Findon Valley
THE Findon Valley ‘Spirit of Christmas’ late night shopping and community event is taking place on Friday.
There will be festive fun and entertainment between 5pm and 7.30pm in King’s Parade, Findon Valley.
Maggie Winter, chairman of the Christmas committee, said: “Last year, we raised over £2,500, which beat our previous record in 2012. We are confident in carrying on the same way for this year’s ‘Spirit of Christmas’, which means that we will have raised over £10,000 for Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice during the many years we have run our annual event.”
