Fewer robberies on Worthing trains

ROBBERIES have decreased by 53 per cent on railways in Worthing, according to annual crime figures.

It is the fourth successive year there has been a decrease in robbery offences on the rail network in the south, which are down 80 per cent since 2004 to 2005.

The statistics were released by the British Transport Police.
