A fire broke out at an Eastbourne doctor's surgery in the early hours of this morning.
Two fire engines were sent to Seaside Medical Centre in Sheen Road, Eastbourne, at 2am. Police were also alerted to the incident.

Hide AdA spokesman for the doctor's surgery said on Facebook: "Overnight there was a small fire at seaside medical centre. Thankfully it was well contained.
"Seaside Medical centre will be open as usual tomorrow - we apologise in advance for any odours caused by the smoke from the fire, this is beyond our immediate control and we will do our best to reduce this as soon as possible.
"Due to the fire our external letterbox on Sheen Road will be out of use until further notice "
East Sussex Fire & Rescue has been approached for a comment.
