Fire at Littlehampton home was accidental

A FIRE broke out in the kitchen of a Littlehampton home yesterday (Wednesday, June 2).

It happened in the ground-floor of a mid-terrace house in East Ham Road at about 4.10pm.

Two fire engines from Littlehampton put out the fire, and a West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman confirmed that it had been started accidentally.
