Fire at Wick flat "believed to be arson"

A HOME in Wick was the target of a possible arson attack last night (Wednesday, July 22).

Fire crews were called to Kimberry, off Clun Road, at 9.28pm, where the front door of a first-floor flat was in flames, though the fire was out when they arrived.

A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said that it was believed that the blaze, which is under investigation, had been started deliberately.

The door suffered minor damage, and no one was hurt.
