Fire off A27 at Berwick
Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious fire on land off the A27 this afternoon.
Firefighters from Eastbourne, Seaford and Lewes are tackling the blaze in a field on a farm on Alfriston Road, Berwick.
No further details have been released yet by East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service but large flames can be seen along with thick plumes of black smoke.
