Firefighters called to Butlins
FIRE crews have attended Butlins after a smoke pellet was set off in a sixth-floor corridor.
Four teams from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service attended the holiday camp this evening (May 11), as the smoke was coming from the sixth floor of a seven-floor hotel on the site.
Any fire present was out on the crews’ arrival. The call came at 5.27pm today.
When fire crews reached the building they found the cause of the fire to be the smoke pellet.
