Firefighters called to Crawley's Astral Towers

Fire crews have been called to reports of a small fire at Astral Towers in County Oak this morning (Wednesday March 23).

Early reports state that crews were called to the fire in a light fitting on the fifth floor of the office block.

Emergency services were called at 7.55am.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two carbon dioxide extinguishers to tackle the fire.
