Firefighters rescue bird from tree
Firefighters rescued a bird which was tangled in fishing wire 40 feet up a tree.
The Crawley crew was called to Cherry Lane Adventure Playground at around 9.45am on Friday (November 29) to assist the RSPCA in rescuing the stricken bird.
It was released from the wire unharmed by officers from the Technical Rescue Unit.
