Firefighters tackle Worthing house fire

Firefighters have tackled a house fire in Worthing this afternoon (Sunday, June 5).

Four crews were called to a three-floor property in High Street at around 12.27pm after a fire broke out in a first floor bedroom.

The building was evacuated and fire crews used breathing equipment and hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.
