Firefighters tackling blaze in Fernhurst

MIDHURST firefighters are tackling a fire which has broken out on the first floor of a detached house in Fernhurst.

They were called to Hawksfold Lane East at 4.15pm after a member of the public spotted smoke coming from the house.

They are using breathing apparatus and two hose reels to tackle the fire.

There is no-one in the house.
